The 2021 Utility Technology Conference will be a virtual event this year.  The conference was previously scheduled for March 3-5 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Knoxville.  While we would have preferred to hold this conference in person, the Crowne Plaza does not allow us the space needed to adequately social distance to meet current COVID protocols for our state.  The Technology Conference will be held via zoom this year March 1-5 from 1:00 to 4:30 pm (EST)/12:00 to 3:30 pm (CDT) each day.  This format allows for operators and engineers to obtain 15 hours of continuing education credit AND allows opportunity for attendees to continue to work in the morning and train in the afternoon.  The virtual format also allows flexibility for operators to obtain as few or as many hours as they need and obtain credits for multiple licenses.  Session topics and registration information will be released within the next few weeks.  Please contact Beth Hardiman at (615) 900-1014 or by e-mail at bethhardiman@taud.org with questions.
