The Tennessee Association of Utility Districts has two membership categories: Utility and Associate.

Utility
Any water district, water association, municipality or other similar entity providing water, wastewater or gas to Tennessee.
Associate
Any individual, partnership, corporation, or organization that provides goods, materials, professional services, or other services to water, wastewater or gas utilities.
