Firm Description: Rye Engineering PLC is a small firm that performs water and wastewater design and operations. We provide design, bid management, and inspection services to municipalities and utility districts for water and wastewater projects. We also specialize in water loss management.
Job Description/Responsibilities: Selected candidate will be expected to design water distribution and wastewater collection system projects and other duties as required.
Education/Training/Experience Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Biosystems Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related engineering fields;
PE licensure or EIT preferred;
Must have experience with water and wastewater projects;
AutoCAD experience required;
Should be willing to work in the office and out in the field (90% office +/-, 10% field work +/-);
Willing to discuss remote office work;
Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs and typical office software;
Must have good time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail;
Must be able to follow directions and work independently with minimal oversight.
Salary: $50,000-$75,000; based on experience level.
