CUD is seeking a GIS Manager to lead our enterprise GIS program. This position oversees a team of analysts and manages the design, maintenance, and integration of GIS systems across the utility. Responsibilities include ESRI platform management (ArcGIS, ArcMap, ArcServer, Portal/AGOL), database administration, field data collection (Trimble/GPS), application development (Python/ModelBuilder), and interdepartmental GIS coordination.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s in GIS, Geography, or related field (or equivalent experience)

5+ years of supervisory experience

Minimum 5 years in GIS (12+ preferred)

Utility industry experience strongly preferred

FAA drone pilot and GISP certifications a plus

Must live within 45 minutes of Murfreesboro and hold a valid TN driver’s license
