Consolidated Utility District Engineering Manager

This role manages the Capital Improvement Program that includes potable water and/or sanitary sewer (decentralized type) infrastructure projects initiated by Consolidated Utility District (CUD) and those initiated by other government entities (state, county, and municipalities) or by developers. This position provides direct supervision of a team consisting of various positions such as Engineering Project Manager, Project Engineer, Engineer, Civil Designer, and/or Engineering Technician and indirectly an Easement Coordinator and/or related position(s).

This role is also accountable for the planning, design, permitting, easement/property acquisition, construction administration, and coordination with inspection of utility infrastructure to ensure projects meet the needs of CUD and adhere to design standards.
