This full-time, salaried role develops, implements, and coordinates the District’s safety and risk management programs and reports to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include supervision of workers’ compensation, employee safety training, OSHA and TOSHA compliance, accident investigations, and emergency preparedness. We have a preference for candidates who have safety or risk management experience in a water utility setting, OSHA outreach trainer certification, or professional designations such as CSP, ASP, CIH, CHST, or CEM.
