Decentralized Sewer Laborer
We are seeking a dependable entry-level utility laborer to support the installation and maintenance of decentralized sewer and wastewater systems. This role works as part of a small crew and is ideal for someone who wants to learn utility construction and grow within the wastewater industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of decentralized sewer systems
- Support small crews (2–4 people) with daily construction and maintenance tasks
- Perform trenching, backfilling, grading, and site cleanup
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Follow safety procedures and job site requirements
- Assist senior technicians as directed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- Willingness to learn and work in a hands-on outdoor environment
- Ability to work as part of a small team
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Construction or utility experience a plus, but not required
Compensation
Pay based on experience.
Eligible for a yearly performance-based bonus tied to reliability, teamwork, safety, and company performance.
